1. Data Controller

2. What Data We Collect

• Contact form submissions: Name, email address, and message content when you contact us.
• Analytics data: Usage data such as pages visited, referral source and device type, collected with Google Analytics 4. It runs in Consent Mode: until you accept cookies it sends cookieless measurement signals and stores nothing on your device; analytics cookies (such as _ga) are set only after you click Accept.
• Affiliate click data: When you click an affiliate link, the network that handles the click (CJ, Impact, Rakuten Advertising or Awin, or the advertiser's own programme) and the destination site may place cookies. We do not control third-party cookies.
• Error reports: Sentry loads for every visitor and receives technical error and performance reports (such as browser, page address and error details) so that we can fix faults. Session replay is switched off.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data based on your consent (contact form submissions, and the analytics, affiliate and advertising cookies you accept in our cookie banner) and our legitimate interest in improving and securing our website (cookieless measurement and error monitoring), in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Norwegian Personal Data Act (Personopplysningsloven).

We never sell or rent your personal data. Advertising and affiliate cookies are set only with your consent (see section 5).

NordicGilt does not use tracking cookies without your consent. Essential cookies required for site functionality may be used. After you click Accept, we load Google Analytics cookies, the affiliate-attribution tags of CJ, Impact and Rakuten Advertising, and Google AdSense, which uses advertising cookies. Third-party affiliate partners may set their own cookies when you click outbound links — please review their respective privacy policies.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics property, after which Google deletes it. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

• Restrict or object to processing.
• Data portability.
